I recently had our front and back doors replaced by Direct Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was absolutely first class from start to finish. The fit and finish are perfect, and the quality of the doors has completely transformed the look of our home.

A special mention to Reece, who originally came out to provide the quote. He also arrived on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going according to plan, which was a lovely touch and showed how much they care about their customers.

A huge thank you as well to Josh, Brad, and George, who carried out the installation. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy when the job was complete.

I am really delighted with the quality of workmanship from Direct Windows install team, they left everything clean and tidy, took down and replaced curtains and blinds and even repebbledashed to make good. Right from the start all the Direct Windows staff were friendly and professional, provided a competitive quote for 7 windows and a new front door and I really notice the difference, being on the main road, it is a lot quieter and I’m sure in the winter there will considerably less heat loss and greater savings on the heating bills. I would highly recommend Direct Windows they provide a first class service and very reasonable prices and they are very reliable and trustworthy. As I was not at home for the install team I left front door keys and side gate access and they just got on with the job, started and finished on schedule and even left my new front door keys hidden as I was at work. Thank you guys, very much appreciated. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me.

We're very happy with the doors and the whole process. The quote was quick, ordering was simple and they agreed to bring forward the installation date by a week. After getting a few quotes from a couple of other companies we decided to go with these guys and can honestly say it was a good choice.
The 2 guys who came to fit our new windows and front door were very polite and friendly.
They had a good attention to detail and tidied up after themselves after each day.
The owner Reece is a great guy and made sure we were happy with everything after the guys had finished.
We would most definitely recommend to others and would certainly use them again if we have any requirements in the future.

I'm fussy so check everything, and I'm happy to write this report to recommend them. I've two sets of neighbours that have used them, and recommend them to me. Good quality, and friendly fitters.

Very friendly fitters. They were happy to listen to all feedback and work on what we wanted. Some dust left around a debris from taking out the 8 windows, but we are happy with the finished product. Generally very easy to communicate with and we did have one issue after completion but it was sorted out very quickly with a visit.

This was part of a larger build and Direct Windows liaised with the builder re installation. Products were exactly as ordered, fitters were tidy and v efficient, good workmanship. All arrived on time.

The workmanship is excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and tidy, they did a couple of extra things too without even mentioning it. Ian and Bradley were easy going and just got on with it. I fully recommend Direct Windows.
